Responsibilities:

The work involves market research, analysis and presentations as well as client meetings. You will contribute on external consultancy projects assisting our clients in Asia, on our ventures and developing our firm. You will work closely with senior consultants as well as the management and are expected to take on substantial responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Independently collect data either through interviews, surveys, desk research, or other methods depending on the project’s scope, nature, and requirements.
• Assist in preparing and conducting supplier/ site visits and collecting relevant data.
• Independently carry out relevant analysis according to project requirements and scope.
• Prepare concise, accurate documents to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients as well as presentations to existing clients with support from senior consultants.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in politics, international trade, business management related fields work experiences, consulting background from in house or in a firm is a plus
• Logical thinking, high integrity, diligent and detailed, be responsible
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently on project-based analysis and business assessment.
• Good communication skills both in Chinese and English

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints. Provide strategic guidance by analyzing complex business problems, conducting market research, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address client needs and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and networking activities.
• Act as representative at industry conferences, seminars, and other professional events.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years in managerial positions
• BSc. or Msc. Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering-related field
• Business-fluent in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Highly logical and analytical
• Well-organized with good attention to details
